I was researching various counties and municipalities for some below market foreclosure deals and came across alot of data pertaining to Hud foreclosures, preforeclosures, and fannie mae foreclosures in Central Florida as well as sorrounding areas.

I haven't had time to crunch the raw data and figure out what's causing this or what to make of it.
