This is the where you'll find free list of Government foreclosure homes all collected in one place.

However, VA has its own foreclosure lists and you can get further information by searching on www.homesales.gov

Also be sure to check out http://www.firstgov.gov which has a ton of useful information on buying Real Estate and Foreclosures from the Government.

Once you complete your initial search, then you need to research the prices and perfome some due diligence.
